A leading healthcare organization serving millions of patients is looking for a Lead Digital Operations Analyst to help drive high-impact digital initiatives, website enhancements, process improvements, and digital transformation efforts across its customer-facing platforms.
This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with digital leadership, marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, optimize digital experiences, and support several key strategic initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- 5 years of Digital Operations, Business Analysis, Digital Product, or Web Project experience
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable project plans
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience supporting websites, CMS platforms, digital products, or customer-facing digital experiences
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Highly desirable experience:
- Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar CMS platforms
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Website optimization, accessibility, personalization, and UX initiatives
- Healthcare, financial services, retail, or other highly matrixed organizations
