We're partnering with a leading retail media and advertising platform that helps brands connect with shoppers through targeted, data-driven marketing solutions across digital, in-store, search, social, display, CTV, and e-commerce channels.
In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to advertisers, managing omnichannel media campaigns while helping brands maximize performance across one of the most powerful retail media ecosystems in the industry.
What you'll be doing:
• Own and manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across search, display, programmatic, social, CTV, and retail media channels
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, agencies, and sales partners
• Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic optimization recommendations
• Translate data into actionable insights that drive business growth
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and campaign reviews
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Creative, and Operations teams
• Manage budgets, forecasting, pacing, and campaign execution
What we're looking for:
• Experience managing digital media campaigns and client relationships
• Strong understanding of media metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and campaign optimization
• Experience across paid media, performance marketing, retail media, programmatic, social, display, or search
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into strategic recommendations
