As our Digital Experience & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for implementing The Bicester Collection’s Digital Experience strategy at Village level, with full ownership of the Village’s website and mobile app. You will work closely with Marketing, IT, Retail, Creative, and the wider Village team to bring the Collection’s global digital vision to life through a locally relevant, engaging, and high-performing guest experience.
This role oversees digital content, the product roadmap, analytics, and platform governance to ensure a consistent, seamless, and measurable experience across all guest touchpoints.
What you will be doing:
Digital Experience Strategy & Operations
- Owning the implementation of The Bicester Collection’s Digital Experience strategy at Belmont Park Village, adapting it to the local market and guest base.
- Working collaboratively with the Belmont Park Village Digital Director, Retail team, Marketing team and The Bicester Collection’s central Digital Experience & Performance team.
- Promoting the use of new and innovative technology,and monitoring competitor and local market activity to keep Belmont Park Village’s digital presence at the forefront.
Contentful CMS & Content Operations
- Serving as the primary Contentful CMS administrator for Belmont Park Village – managing spaces, environments, roles, publishing workflows and content models.
- Managing the Belmont Park Village website and app product roadmap – gathering requirements, writing user journey stories and translating business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Authoring, scheduling, QA-ing and publishing content daily across our web and app, ensuring alignment with Belmont Park Village offerings, Collection-wide standards and DECO brand guidelines.
- Logging and maintaining changes unique to Belmont Park Village.
- Coordinating rich-media production (video, editorial, event content) for web, app and social channels.
- Maintaining component and template governance so every page reflects UX standards and brand expression.
- Supporting localization workflows and multi-market content delivery as the Village scales.
- Attending Collection-wide calls, maintaining updates and attending local CMS-related conferences.
Digital Product Stewardship
- Coordinating sprints with IT, the Central team and external development partners (React/Next.js front-end, Contentful APIs).
- Leading UAT, QA and deployment validation for every feature release, module update and content drop.
- Monitoring platform stability, page performance (Core Web Vitals) and end-to-end guest experience.
- Supporting ongoing optimisation of the Village’s digital journey.
Analytics & Performance
- Owning GA4, GTM and data layer implementation, reporting on performance for Belmont Park Village’s digital channels.
- Building and maintaining dashboards for Village and Collection senior stakeholders.
- Using behavioural analytics to identify UX pain points, funnel drop-off and improvement opportunities.
- Driving CRO through data-led A/B testing hypotheses and iterative optimisation.
Growth & Database
- Growing the customer database through on-site and digital data capture, partnering with the Membership team.
- Researching local digital trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to inform the Village’s digital roadmap.
- Supporting SEM/PPC strategy and paid search alignment with the broader media plan.

- Experience as a digital product owner, ideally within Retail, Hospitality or a comparable guest-facing environment;
- Hands-on experience managing a website and/or app, including content management systems (Contentful) and coordinating with development teams;
- Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign is advantageous;
- Understanding of SEM, PPC and paid search principles;
- Ability to work well with all levels across the business, including senior stakeholders and external partners;
- Good organization skills, with an eye for detail;
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide insight on future opportunities;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and a large volume of work;
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed;
- Fluent in English; any other language would be beneficial.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
