We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on District Manager to oversee four New York locations (Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island). This role is ideal for a motivated leader who combines strong operational discipline with an engaging, team-driven leadership style who is also available to commute to all four locations.
As a key member of the corporate operations team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, guest experience, and financial results across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop store management teams to achieve operational and financial goals
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members in compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability
- Foster a positive, energetic culture that drives engagement and reduces turnover
- Operations & Execution
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all assigned locations, stepping in as needed
- Ensure strict adherence to Catch Air SOPs, safety standards, and brand expectations
- Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions when needed
- Maintain facility readiness, including equipment functionality and overall presentation
- Manage and respond effectively to operational challenges and emergency situations
- New Store Development
- Play an active role in new store planning, setup, opening, and post-opening stabilization
- Develop deep knowledge of all systems, equipment, and operational workflows
- Guest Experience & Market Presence
- Champion exceptional guest service and ensure consistent delivery of the Catch Air experience
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements proactively
- Represent the brand professionally in the community and build local partnerships
- Identify and implement innovative ideas to strengthen market position
- Financial Performance
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across all locations
- Manage labor costs and optimize staffing efficiency
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Identify and implement cost control and revenue enhancement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proven experience managing multi-unit operations (retail, hospitality, or entertainment preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing teams
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

- Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 quarterly performance bonus
