We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large, complex technical initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes. In this role, you'll partner across engineering, product, and business teams to align strategy, prioritize work, manage dependencies, and deliver programs from planning through execution.
Success in this role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale technical programs.
- Translate business strategy into actionable program plans and roadmaps.
- Prioritize initiatives while balancing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business organizations.
- Establish effective governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
- Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate recommendations.
- Drive Agile program execution while adapting reporting to stakeholder needs.
- Use data and metrics to evaluate progress and inform program decisions.
- Communicate program health, milestones, and outcomes to technical and executive audiences.
What We're Looking For
- 8 years leading complex technical programs in large matrixed organizations.
- Experience managing software development programs across the full development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP, Agile certification, or comparable technical program management experience is a plus.
- Exposure to data analytics or AI/ML concepts is a plus.
Salary : $72 - $82
