We are looking for a reliable and experienced Leasing Manager to oversee the daily operations of a dynamic mixed-use property that serves both residential and commercial tenants.
About the Position
This full-time, on-site leadership role makes you the primary contact for tenants, vendors, and service providers. You will manage leasing activities, supervise maintenance, handle financial tasks, and ensure compliance with all safety and housing regulations. We seek a highly organized and proactive professional dedicated to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial units
- Coordinate the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships
- Supervise maintenance, janitorial, and security teams
- Oversee rent collection and budget monitoring
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports on financials, occupancy, and operations
- Ensure compliance with local safety and housing laws
- Develop strategies to improve occupancy and overall property performance
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and property maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ property management experience (residential, commercial, or both)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of leasing, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium)
- Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures
