You will be responsible for managing leasing activities, supervising maintenance teams, handling financial duties, and ensuring adherence to safety and housing regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of both residential and commercial units
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiries to move-in
- Cultivate and maintain positive tenant relationships
- Supervise maintenance, janitorial, and security staff
- Handle rent collection and budget oversight
- Prepare and present monthly reports on finances, occupancy, and operations
- Ensure compliance with local safety and housing regulations
- Develop strategies to boost occupancy rates and overall property performance
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and property upkeep
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management (residential, commercial, or both)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of leasing, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
