Billing Coordinator
Part-Time to Full-Time (30–35 hrs/week) | $25–$33/hr

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and our Accounting team to manage project financials, process invoices, and ensure accuracy across accounts payable and receivable.
What You’ll Do:
- Process trade partner invoices and payments
- Assemble and track client invoices and sworn statements
- Collaborate with Project Managers to update budgets
- Help reconcile statements and maintain accurate financial records
What You Bring:
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Trustworthiness, integrity, and a proactive mindset
