Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, and greeting visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments, meetings, and events to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Handle vendor management by sourcing supplies, negotiating contracts, and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software; perform basic bookkeeping and financial reconciliations.
- Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records & payroll processing.
- Support office management tasks including filing systems, document organization, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Ensure excellent communication through phone etiquette and clear written correspondence; support team collaboration efforts.
Skills
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing; familiarity with budgeting tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone etiquette.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to optimize office resources.
- Knowledge of human resources processes including onboarding, employee records management, and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
