We’re hiring an RN or LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a young adult in the comfort of their home.
With multiple shifts available throughout the week, this opportunity is a great fit for nurses looking for flexible hours, consistent shifts, or a meaningful long-term case that works with their schedule.
Available Hours
• Sundays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
• Mondays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
• Wednesday evenings until 11:00 PM
• Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Fridays from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do
• Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the home
• Assist with daily care needs within your nursing scope of practice
• Monitor the patient’s safety, comfort, and overall well-being
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
• Communicate with the patient, family, and clinical support team
• Complete simple, real-time documentation during your shift
What We’re Looking For
• Active Illinois RN or LPN license
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate, dependable, and attentive nurses
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships through 1:1 care
No private duty nursing experience? That’s okay! We provide paid hands-on training and ongoing clinical support to help you feel comfortable and confident in the home.
