About the Role
We’re hiring an Occupational Therapist to serve patients in the Rochelle area, helping individuals regain independence and safely perform daily activities in their home environment.

What You’ll Do
Perform in-home occupational therapy evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs/IADLs and independence
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions
Educate patients and caregivers on safety, mobility, and adaptive techniques
Recommend and train on adaptive equipment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Document progress and outcomes
What You Need
Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Reliable transportation
Home health experience preferred (but not required)
Pay & Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Flexible employment options (PRN, Part-Time, Full-Time)
