Role Description
This is a part-time on-site / off-site position for a Stone Constractor Estimator based in Miami, FL. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, performing quantity take-offs, managing project budgets, and collaborating closely with team members and clients. The estimator will also analyze project requirements and assist in identifying cost-effective solutions to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills
- Familiarity with construction industry software is a plus
- Experience in the construction field or related industry is preferred
