As a Nurse Supervisor, you’ll lead clinical operations during your shift and ensure excellent care delivery across the facility:
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
- Deliver and supervise high-quality resident care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes
- Act as a clinical resource and leader for nursing staff
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
- Mentor, coach, and support nursing team members
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to care standards
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families
- Help manage staffing efficiently to reduce overtime and agency usage
- Lead shift meetings and provide updates to the Director of Nursing
- Active RN or LPN license in the state (required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
