Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and past clients
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
- Prospect daily through calls, events, open houses, and networking
- Manage transactions from contract to close
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and community events
- Utilize CRM systems to track clients and follow-up tasks
- Deliver exceptional client experience to generate repeat and referral business
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams for client support
- Active Arizona real estate license for at least 1 year
- Closed transactions within the last 12 months preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
- Organized and coachable
- Familiarity with CRM systems and social media marketing is a plus
