- Attend and host community events and client appreciation events
- Build relationships with local businesses and vendors
- Generate leads through networking and referrals
- Promote team events and listings on social media
- Follow up with past clients and sphere of influence
- Assist with open houses and local partnerships
- Represent the Castle Group brand in the community
- Support team marketing initiatives and outreach campaigns
- Active Arizona real estate license with 1 year experience
- Outgoing and relationship-driven personality
- Strong social media and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking at events and networking
- Organized with strong follow-through
- Passion for community involvement and client experience
