Responsibilities
- Conduct listing appointments and pricing consultations
- Develop customized marketing strategies for listings
- Coordinate staging, photography, and launch timelines
- Maintain communication with sellers throughout the process
- Negotiate offers and manage contract timelines
- Host broker opens and open houses
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize exposure
- Generate new listing opportunities through prospecting and referrals
- Active Arizona real estate license with 1 year experience
- Proven listing or sales experience preferred
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple listings at once
- Knowledge of the local market and pricing strategies
- High attention to detail and client service
