Role Description This full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role is based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Human Resources Specialist will support day-to-day HR operations, including administering employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HRIS records, and assisting with benefits and leave administration. The role will coordinate recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring managers through the selection process. The Human Resources Specialist will help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, prepare and maintain HR documentation, and respond to employee inquiries related to HR programs and procedures. This position will also assist with HR initiatives such as performance management processes, training coordination, engagement activities, and continuous improvement of HR practices.
