Wage Range: $95,000 - $110,000 Annually depending on experience

Nurse Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing with management and compliance of the nursing department
- Meet high standards in the areas of administering and supervising health care services
- Assume responsibility and authority for the administration of the department in the absence of the DON
- Mentor RN and direct care team in quality care and customer service
- Complete regular compliance audits and initiate training for improvement
- Perform additional tasks as needed
- Excels in a high paced environment
- Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required and must be in good standing
- BLS/ CPR Certificate
- Knowledge of State and federal regulations
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work hands-on with residents.
