LPN - RHS

Rock Haven Specialty Clinic is a multi-specialty practice offering services in Women’s Health, Podiatry, Wound Care, Urology, Pulmonology, and EMG, with several additional specialties anticipated in the coming year. We operate Monday through Friday during standard business hours and are closed on most major holidays.

We are seeking a flexible, motivated team member who is eager to learn, committed to exceptional patient care, and skilled at building collaborative, trusting relationships with providers. This role provides cross-training across multiple specialties to support clinic operations wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Clinical Support (65%)
  • Room patients and collect comprehensive medical histories.
  • Assist providers with patient care, procedures, and implementation of treatment plans.
  • Perform accurate data entry, chart documentation, and review provider notes.
• Clinic Operations (20%)
  • Participate in daily clinic workflows, including room and equipment cleaning, supply management, and completion of monthly safety checklists.
  • Conduct chart preparation prior to each clinic day to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Communication & Administrative Support (15%)
  • Manage incoming telephone calls, faxes, and electronic messages.
  • Return patient calls and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments.
  • Collaborate closely with providers to meet the needs of both patients and the care team.

LPN or MA certification

BLS required
