As a Pizza Chef, you’ll create exceptional handcrafted pizzas to order, bringing flavor, precision, and great energy to every dish.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare a variety of specialty pizzas using recipes crafted by our Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
- Serve guests with fresh, flavorful slices and our house-made gelato from the counter.
- Ensure every dish meets our high standards for quality, portioning, and visual presentation.
- Follow ticket procedures—no plate leaves without one!
- Maintain a spotless, organized, and well-stocked workstation throughout your shift.
- Sanitize and disinfect work areas, cutting boards, and prep tables to meet all Health Department and company standards.
- Properly wrap, label, date, and store ingredients in designated areas.
- Support food prep between the main kitchen line and pizza station, and assist the Sushi Chef when needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Provide exceptional guest interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the culinary team.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience preparing and cooking pizzas required.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and basic cooking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain composure in potentially stressful situations.
- Must have job-related tools.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Well-groomed appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
- Ability to tolerate environments with secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
- Food Handlers Certification.
