- Oversees work at various stations along the production lines processing poultry food products.
- Monitors employee well-being and coordinates bathroom break schedules for department.
- Adheres to all safety requirements, including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management-related matters.
- Ensures that product quality meets customer specifications, QA, and USDA requirements.
- Adheres to and supports all company policies and regulations.
- Enforces all supported food safety and foreign material prevention programs.
- Ensures that all equipment throughout the departments is running smoothly.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
- Maintain proper documentation on required paperwork.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Good attendance (Less than 4 Points).
- High School or equivalent not required but beneficial.
- Must be willing to learn all jobs in assigned area.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have good basic math skills.
- Able to work without very much supervision.
- NO disciplinary write-ups in the last 6 months.
- Ability to work with and lead a diverse group of employees.

- Work in areas with wet and moist floors, including metal and plastic grating surfaces.
- May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity.
- May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
- May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 lb to 110 lb.
- May be exposed to chemicals used in poultry and food processing facilities.
- Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
