Cafe Associate - Casco Bay Food & Beverage is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Café Team Member to join our North Berwick Café. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service, food preparation, and hospitality.

Schedule

Monday–Friday with flexibility to work either shift:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM

Flexibility between both shifts is required.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, reliable customer service
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Operate a cash register and process customer transactions
• Stock and maintain the café
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Support opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to keep café service running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service or food service experience preferred
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced café or food service environment
• Able to work both 1st and 2nd shift
• Willing to help wherever needed
