What You Will Do
HR Administration and Employee Support
- Accurately maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality
- Address HR inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures
- Assist with employment questions, system access, paperwork, leave processes, and job descriptions
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, offer letters, and background checks
- Partner with hiring managers to support compliant hiring
- Post jobs and coordinate recruitment for Home Office and facilities
- Schedule candidate screenings, track applicants, and support sourcing activities
- Train staff on HR systems and policies
- Support HR training initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Assist with HR audits and compliance activities
- Collect and compile data for census surveys and HR reports
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and Cascadia policies

What You Need to Apply
Education and Certifications
- PHR or SHRM CP certification preferred
- Minimum of three years of Human Resources experience, preferably with a multi-site healthcare employer
- Experience supporting HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Familiarity with payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance processes
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a service center environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
