HR Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract to permanent basis in Boise, Idaho. This role focuses on supporting various human resources functions, including onboarding, compliance, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. • Oversee background checks and ensure compliance with organizational standards. • Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee records. • Assist in recruiting efforts by coordinating schedules and communication with candidates. • Ensure HR compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Provide administrative support for HR functions, including document management and employee communications. • Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and workflows. • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. • Track and report key HR metrics to support decision-making.
• Proven experience in human resources coordination or a related role.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionalities.
• Strong understanding of onboarding processes and related procedures.
• Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
