Your duties as an LPN:
- Direct and support the daily activities of nursing assistants
- Complete documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers according to facility policy
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians
- Provide oversight and ensure medication administration is in compliance with policies
- Conduct daily rounds and make priority-based decisions in a fast-paced setting
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana or valid Compact License
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
