Job Summary:
As a Plant Operations Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's mechanical and HVAC systems, as well as performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Conduct regular checks on mechanical systems, including pumps, valves, and motors
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical and electrical systems
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure prompt resolution of facility-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Operations Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in plant operations, maintenance, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
