We’re a growing group of upscale casual Italian restaurants known for our scratch kitchens, warm hospitality, and consistent quality. We’re looking for an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations and help drive our next phase of expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee kitchen operations and production
• Develop, implement, and standardize recipes and systems for consistency and efficiency
• Recruit, train, and mentor strong culinary teams that reflect our values and standards
• Lead openings for new restaurant location — from hiring to menu rollout and staff training
• Manage food costs, labor budgets, and vendor relationships
• Maintain a balance between authentic Italian flavors and scalable execution
What We’re Looking For:
• 5 years in a multi-unit Executive Chef or Corporate Chef role
• Proven success leading teams in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Passion for Italian cuisine and a hands-on, team-first mentality
