Chef de Cuisine – Italian Restaurant Expansion
Pizza & Gluten-Free Experience Required | Work Alongside Our Executive Chef
We’re an established Italian restaurant known for artisan pizzas and gluten-free options, opening our second location! We’re looking for a hands-on CDC to lead the new kitchen operation in all facets including staff training, product quality control, purchasing and delivering on financial targets.
What You’ll Do:
• Work directly with the Chef to open and run the kitchen
• Lead, train, and develop the back-of-house team
• Ensure pizzas, pastas, and gluten-free dishes are executed perfectly
• Manage inventory, prep, and daily kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and DOH compliance
Requirements:
• 2–3 years kitchen leadership (CDC / Sous Chef)
• Strong pizza experience
• Experience with gluten-free menu items a plus
• Italian cuisine experience preferred
• Leadership, organization, and ability to thrive in high-volume service
• Nights, weekends, and holidays availability
