Seeking Chef Partner for New Music-Driven Bar & Restaurant in Bed-StuyAbout Us:We’ve just signed a 15-year lease on a beautiful restaurant space in the heart of Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. The concept: a live music venue, bar, and restaurant that celebrates creativity, community, and great food. The space will center around music, curated by my business partner, Kells, a professional jazz bassist who’s been part of the NYC scene for nearly two decades and formerly managed Paul Brady Wine in Beacon, NY.What We’re Looking For:We’re seeking a culinary partner / chef to run the kitchen independently: someone passionate, inventive, and ready to make a mark. The idea is to operate the kitchen as a hybrid ghost kitchen in-house service, allowing flexibility for takeout/delivery concepts while serving guests in the venue.We’re envisioning elevated casual food--creative, approachable, ingredient-driven--but we’re open to the chef’s vision.
