Job Summary:
As a Data Entry, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and up to date information within our systems. Your attention to detail, and proficiency in computerized data entry will contribute to the smooth operation of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into new set up system accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
- Retrieve and gather information from various sources for data entry purposes.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Perform basic math calculations as needed.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Qualifications:
High school Diploma
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
