Schedule: Various shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Operate the point of sale cash register accurately for guest transactions
• Receive, organize, and input inventory shipments for resale
• Place orders for products as needed to maintain stock levels
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the marina ship store
• Assist marina guests with docking their boat
• Assist with the fueling of boats
• Aid in boat pump-out services
• Manage incoming phone calls and VHF radio communications, ensuring messages are accurately recorded and relayed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all marina facilities
Requirements:
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional customer service skills to enhance guest experiences
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including working Weekends and all summer holidays
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working around water, docks, and marine equipment.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) required, including life vests, gloves, and safety footwear.
Work Environment:
• Primarily field-based at marina and waterfront facilities.
• Exposure to water, weather, noise, and marine equipment.
• Occasional office work for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Additional Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Employment in this role may be contingent upon the successful completion of certain pre-employment requirements, which could include a background check, drug screen, or driving record review, depending on the position
