Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store goals.
- Monitor and manage the sales process from customer engagement through final delivery.
- Train team members on effective selling techniques, CRM usage, and product knowledge.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in handling customer concerns and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, VinSolutions).
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
