We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Service Lane Assistant / Sales Assistant to join our team at Volvo of Charlottesville. This is a backfill position supporting both the service and sales departments. The ideal candidate is coachable, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the service lane
- Move and stage vehicles for service and detailing
- Support service advisors with check-in, paperwork, and vehicle flow
- Take and upload inventory photos for online listings
- Prepare test drive vehicles and assist with sales paperwork
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready environment
- Shuttle customers and answer incoming calls as needed
- Key Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Dependable and punctual
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- No prior experience or training.
- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Target Compensation:
- Base Salary: $2,900/month
- Bonus: $300/month
