Summary
The Patient Financial Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the billing operations within the healthcare organization's revenue cycle management process. This position involves leading a team of billing specialists, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims, and maximizing revenue collection efficiency. The Supervisor is responsible for managing billing workflows, maintaining compliance with billing regulations, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve departmental goals. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and extensive knowledge of billing processes and regulations are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
Required:
- Three (3) years of experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management
- Two (2) years experience in a supervisory or leadership role
