Summary
Under the direction of the department Manager and supervision of an RN, performs a variety of non-professional nursing duties supporting the direct care of patients. This position will also provide continuous observation and monitoring of patients at high risk of causing injury to self or others during their hospital stay. The position safely performs a variety of patient care tasks.
Qualifications
- Required
o Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support
- Preferred

Intensive Care Unit
- Required
o If hired prior to 8/6/2023, must successfully complete Non-Violent Crisis intervention by June 30, 2024.
o If hired after 8/6/2023, must successfully complete Non-Violent Crisis intervention within six (6) months of hire or position entry.

Medical Oncology/Float Pool
- Required
o If hired after 8/6/2023, must successfully complete Non-Violent Crisis intervention within six (6) months of hire or position entry.
