Who We Want

Support Human Resources operations through employee lifecycle administration, accurate data entry, payroll support, and employee support activities. Maintain HR records and systems to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and assist employees with HR-related questions and requests. Partner with internal teams to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes.

What To Expect

  • Employee Support & HR Administration: Respond to employee questions regarding HR processes, payroll, policies, and general employment matters. Provide administrative support across HR operations and route requests to appropriate team members when needed. Deliver timely and professional customer service to employee and managers.
  • Onboarding & Lifecycle Administration: Coordinate onboarding processes including system setup, background checks, document collection, and employee communications. Support onboarding activities related to mergers and acquisitions. Maintain employment records and ensure completion of required documentation throughout the employee lifecycle. Assist in employee offboarding activities.
  • Payroll & Data Management: Support payroll processing activities through accurate data entry, validation, and maintenance of employee records. Process employment changes including new hires, terminations, and compensation updates. Perform routine audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and employment documentation requirements. Maintain accurate records related to I-9 verification, payroll processing, and employee files. Support audit and reporting activities as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with payroll, benefits, and other internal teams to support HR operational processes and employee needs. Assist with process improvements and administrative projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.

What You Need

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in administrative support, payroll support, HR operations, or related role required.
  • Experience working with HR systems, payroll systems, or data entry processes preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information required.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to support employees professionally required.

The Total Rewards Expected For This Role Include

  • Starting annual base salary between $52,500 - 70,000.
  • Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
