Sales & Finance Assistant

CarShop is hiring a Sales & Finance Assistant, an entry-level role designed to give you hands-on experience across all aspects of the dealership. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation and grow your career, with clear paths into Sales or Finance .

• Saturdays are required
• Perfect stepping stone role to advance within the dealership

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate with the Sales team to prioritize and manage daily vehicle deliveries
• Learn and support all steps of the vehicle sales process, including paperwork and documentation
• Walk customers through delivery paperwork and answer questions
• Explain available aftermarket products, including benefits and pricing
• Introduce customers to the Service Department
• Demonstrate vehicle features and ensure a smooth delivery experience

What We're Looking For:

• Outgoing, customer-focused personality
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
• Some customer service experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
