What You'll Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the vehicle that best meets their transportation needs
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
- Respond promptly to phone, internet, and showroom inquiries
- Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Follow the CarShop sales process while embodying our values of integrity, teamwork, and customer care
- Address customer questions and concerns throughout the purchasing process
- Provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming dealership environment
- Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise
