Responsibilities
This position helps ensure that courses, schedules, and program operations run smoothly for both students and faculty. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, supporting the use of learning technology systems, and maintaining accurate program records.This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys organizing complex processes, improving workflows, and helping teams succeed. The ideal candidate is a proactive and adaptable problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and support a high-quality educational experience. Individuals with strengths in coordination, project support, or academic administration, and a willingness to learn, are encouraged to apply.Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2 years’ experience in administrative support or related field. Familiarity with accreditation processes or regulatory environments (in any field)
and prior experience working in educational, nonprofit, healthcare, or similarly complex organizational settings is preferred.
A combination of education and experience may be considered.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
