This position serves as the primary administrative support for the Physician Assistant (PA) Program’s classroom phase. This position ensures the smooth delivery of a rigorous graduate medical curriculum by managing complex academic scheduling, overseeing Learning Management System (LMS) operations, and maintaining the detailed data and documentation required for ARC‑PA accreditation.The successful candidate is a proactive, solutions‑oriented professional who excels at balancing high‑level project coordination with the precise administrative support needed by faculty and students. This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping an exceptional educational experience for future healthcare providers.Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in related field plus 2 years’ experience in academic coordination, health professions education, or complex project management.
Prior experience with ARC-PA or other health-related accreditation bodies; experience in a medical or clinical education setting preferred.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
