Pay Range
The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $30.00 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Form bolt kits for units based on the pick list and bill of materials
- Validate that kits are correct in terms of part numbers and quantities
- Deliver bolt kits to work areas in a timely manner, according to production schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, which includes bolt storage and point of usage
- Conduct counts of bolt inventory as needed
- Report to department supervisor of any additional needs of handling equipment or storage space
- Communicate constantly with supervisor and cell Technicians to ensure there are no disruptions to production due to bolt kits
- Flex to other work areas in the factory as needed. Additional work areas to flex include but are not limited to:
- Water jet for insulation cutter
- ESAB
- Tubing
- Communicate to Material Planner to ensure proper inventory levels of bolts and to avoid unplanned outages
- Work in communication with Logistics team as needed
- High school diploma/GED.
- 1 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment
- 1 years of experience driving a forklift
- SAP experience
- Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, reach daily and as needed to perform all job functions.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Basic PC knowledge Microsoft excel, Word.
- Must be able to follow procedures, best practices, and report unsafe and unprofessional behavior.
- Ability to work with multiple priorities of the business.
