Accounts Payable Clerk
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Youngstown, OH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in an Accounts Payable position. This person will need to be organized, detail oriented, and have excellent analytical skills.
Essential Functions:
·Perform all accounts payable functions, including preparing invoices for data entry
·Process internal credit card reconciliation
·Assist with other accounting functions as needed or assigned by management
·Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets
JOB DUTIES:
Accounts Payable Duties:
- Voucher Entry
- 3 Way Invoice match
- Reconcile Credit Card
- Build Check Run
- Cut Checks
Accounts Receivable Duties:
- Enter Customer payments
- Remote Deposits
- File Sales Tax Returns
- Enter Daily transactions, reconcile to daily sheets
Payroll Duties:
- Timesheet entry
- New hire entry
- Printing Payroll checks
- ACH deposits
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Accounting
- Excel Skills are a Must
- Microsoft Great Plains (GP) Experience required
- Organization
- Process Oriented
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Attention to Detail
Qualifications:
·High School Diploma
·Minimum of two (2) years experience in an Accounts Payable position, This person will need to be highly proficient with Dynamics GP Software, Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; ability to work independently as well as within a team environment; strong interpersonal skills; attention to detail; strong analytical skills; ability to multi-task; accuracy and reliability; good organizational skills; ability to handle confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
