Hotel Restaurant Bartender – Crowne Plaza Hotel

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Bartenders. As a key part of our front-of-house staff, you’ll be responsible for delivering a welcoming dining experience while ensuring guest satisfaction at every step.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism & provide attentive service throughout the guest’s dining experience

• Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen

• Mix traditional and creative cocktails according to house specs

• Maintain a clean and presentable bar at all times

• Address guest inquiries, special requests, and make suggestions based on customer tastes

• Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed

• Handle payments and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures

• Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure all orders are correct

Qualifications:

• 2 years of bar experience required. Hotel experience is a plus

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, TIPS certified, Ability to enforce company policies regarding consumption of alcohol

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive

• Understanding of food safety and sanitation best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Starting at $6.00 per hour (plus tips)
Expected Hours: 20 – 40 hours per week
