Warehouse Manager Job Description
Each of our 4 family-owned Carpet One stores has a full-time Warehouse Manager to handle incoming and outgoing products, maintain the showroom, and perform a wide variety of other duties. This position requires a dependable, career-minded individual who can handle the physical aspects of the job, as well as deal with customers in a professional, courteous manner when needed.
POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE
- loading and unloading products with a forklift and by hand
- making deliveries
- maintaining warehouse and showroom
- setting up product displays
- managing supply inventory
- cleaning and janitorial duties
- using a computer to check in and out product shipments
REQUIREMENTS
- HS diploma or equivalent
- valid Iowa driver's license and clean driving record
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- minimum 2 years of experience
- basic computer skills
