Coordinator – EHS Operating Systems Primary Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate the activities related to implementing, maintaining, and improving processes, projects, and programs specific to environmental and safety information systems, including standards, procedures, audits, assessments, regulatory record keeping, injury/illness data acquisition and analysis, MSDS management, and intranet communications. Complete assignments involving the creation of graphics, charts, page layouts, reports, and text materials utilizing MS Office tools, including SharePoint. Support development and maintenance processes and tools to support EHS team activities and projects. Key activities include: Develop and maintain team SharePoint sites and pages. Develop, maintain and distribute tracking reports for team and department safety activities (Lockout audits, BST, Behavioral Audits, Physical Compliance Audits, Hot Work Permits, Safety Engineering Requests, etc.). Develop, maintain and distribute safety communication materials in various formats (Electronic Message Boards, Safety Talks). Develop, maintain and distribute injury and incident metrics reports. Collect and provide reporting on Near Miss/Safety Concerns. Develop, maintain and distribute Safety Training tracking reports. Coordinate EHS program/standards audits and review activities. Perform Contractor Management Application support activities. Perform MSDS Management Application support activities. Safety Activity Management Application administration activities. Develop, maintain and distribute monthly financial tracking reports. Develop and maintain documentation on team processes and tools. Identify and drive improvements to current compliance & processes to drive continuous improvements and efficiencies. Participate on teams and task forces in support of company goals and objectives. Exercise the highest degree of discretion when handling all confidential matters. Perform general administrative duties for the EHS director and staff, including non-stocks, invoice tracking, office supply ordering, check requests, IT Requests, lunch requests, and other miscellaneous administrative support. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. Position Requirements High school diploma required. Three or more years of progressively complex administrative experience. Two or more years of advanced MS Office and SharePoint experience.
