This is for a bookeeping roll for both Carolina Sports Concepts and Torrence Sports Lighting who is a leading contractor in Athletic Equipment installations Stadium Sports Lighting and and enhancing athletic experiences across the Carolinas. We specialize in meeting the unique needs of athletes, schools, sports facilities, and recreational leagues by offering products and services that prioritize performance, safety, and enjoyment. We deliver tailored facility enhancements, including driving ranges, netting systems, and customized solutions for fields, courts, and gyms.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and maintaining financial statements, processing journal entries, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in all bookkeeping activities. The individual will also assist with financial reporting and collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with financial procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Experience with Financial Statements and Finance, along with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Knowledge and expertise in using Accounting Software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
