Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst | Manufacturing | Charlotte, NC

The ideal candidate will combine strong financial planning and analysis skills with a proactive approach to partnering with business leaders, identifying drivers, and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze monthly financial results, identify key trends, and explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational improvements.
- Partner with operational and business leaders to provide financial guidance and performance analysis.
- Prepare management reporting packages, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
- Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Assist with long-range planning and strategic financial analysis.
- Support ad hoc projects, reporting requests, and special analyses for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of corporate finance experience.
- Manufacturing experience is required.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP, BI, and reporting tools.
- Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly analytical.
