We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a premier law firm. This unique role provides vital support through strategic document review and complex litigation tasks across a diverse docket. This role will allow you to work on various types of business law cases from antitrust, patent, and intellectual property disputes to breach of contract cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee high-level document review management, ensuring precision in discovery for complex case evaluations
- Draft comprehensive discovery responses, requests, and related litigation documents
- Prepare detailed, well-organized exhibits for motions, depositions, and upcoming hearings
- Manage discovery timelines, trial preparation assets, and appellate support
- Work directly with senior counsel across multiple practice groups to provide high-level project management and case strategy support
Requirements
- 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Proven track record in substantive drafting, exhibit preparation, and heavy document review workflows.
- Prior exposure to intellectual property, antitrust, or government contract litigation is preferred.
While our primary needs are in Charleston and Greenville, we welcome candidates in Columbia or Myrtle Beach who are open to occasional travel for trials or case-specific needs.
