JOB DESCRIPTION: Carwash Associate - Express (under 18 years of age)
Position Purpose
The Carwash associate position is a non-exempt hourly rate position. The carwash associate performs the duties of their position based on the Mr. Clean Carwash training. They consistently deliver fantastic quality with attention to detail with a focus on high levels of customer service while assuring guest satisfaction. A Bonus can be included in some of the different carwash positions. Express carwash positions include lot attendant, kiosk assist and POS user. The carwash associate needs to be certified in all positions and their work day can be any or all of these positions based on business and management direction.

Reports To: General Manager and Manager on Duty

Major Tasks & Responsibilities
Carwash duties include but are not limited to:- Provide excellent quality and customer service at all times for all positions
- Follow all MCCW/CMC training for each position
- Follow Safety Standards per operations and safety manuals
- Ensure high quality results on every guest vehicle
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Uphold Brand Standards of the company
- Enthusiastically greet guests with a smile and at your service attitude
- Greet customers and thank them for their business
- Greet guests in the self vacuum lanes, maintain the area cleanliness, keep towels and products clean and available
- Explain services, memberships and programs to guests
- Update membership plans when needed for guests
- Help maintain overall site appearance (clean lot, windows, bathrooms, lobby)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter)
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/the entire work shift
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Any other job task or duties assigned by Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible work schedule (evenings, weekends and holidays)
