Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Accountant role located in Charlotte, NC. The Payroll Accountant will be responsible for processing payroll, managing payroll services, ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations, and handling employee payroll inquiries. Additional responsibilities include utilizing payroll and accounting software, maintaining accurate payroll records, and collaborating with HR on employment related documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in Payroll Management and Payroll Services
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and familiarity with Payroll Taxes
- Knowledge of compliance with related policies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the hospitality or club industry and ADP is a plus
